Busch Hill Gardens Villas are a collection of 35 three or four bedroom villas set in the heart of the island with marvellous inland views and backdrop of Saddle Hill. Views to the front stretch across the Caribbean Sea to the islands of Montserrat and Redonda.

Each of the five elegant villa designs on offer will naturally blend into the countryside and will occupy a one acre plot of hillside land – very generous within a development on Nevis.  The villas will each provide between 2,280 and 2,804 sq ft of living space and be presented completely finished at the point of sale. 

This small development will include a Clubhouse with spa, gym and tennis facilities as well as a boutique and restaurant all within close proximity of the Four Seasons Resort, its golf course and the many restaurants and places of interest around this area.
