The first phase of construction showcases all accommodation types available at Prickly Bay Waterside. Designed by Richard Hywell Evans Architecture & Design, each spacious unit is fitted with high quality walnut, lacquer, stainless steel, limestone, teak, glass and ceramics to give a modern, bright and airy feel.  There is an emphasis on comfort.

These units offer one bathroom for every bedroom as well as an additional bathroom or cloakroom to cater for extra guests.

On completion of the first phase an exclusive club hotel will be built that will cater for hospitality events with meeting rooms, dining facilities and a gym. While the hotel is under construction there will be a guaranteed rental programme in place run by the resort, spa and residences specialists Per Aquum.

The hotel will also act as the hub for marina and management operations throughout the resort. The marina will have full facilities with berths available for owners and their guests.
