Each apartment of about 1300 sq.ft. has two bedrooms and bathrooms and unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Penthouses have an extra 750 sq.ft., private roof terrace, plunge pool and deck, bar and BBQ area. Communal pool, parking, elevator access, 12 hr night security.

Each of the units at South Ocean villas have an open plan living and dining area and a solarium. The Master bedroom suite has a private patio. The second bedroom/study uses a separate shower room. There is a laundry room and a state-of-the-art, built-in kitchen with granite work surfaces. A stainless steel cooker, dishwasher, ice maker refrigerator, microwave oven and washer and dryer are included in the price. 

Among the apartments are three penthouses with a 750 sq ft. private roof terrace accommodating a plunge pool, bar and barbeque area. (Only 1 penthouse is left available).
